The services provided by Arkcraft Ltd through CineEstate primarily consist of the creation, production, and delivery of virtual drone footage, cinematic real estate promotional videos, and other media-related services as described on our site or in individual quotations. All pricing, payment terms, service specifications, and delivery timelines will be clearly communicated prior to purchase; payment in full via authorized methods, including major credit and debit cards processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Stripe, is required before commencement or delivery of any services. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, offering, or pricing at any time without prior notice; however, we will honor all confirmed and paid orders under the terms agreed at the time of payment. While we endeavor to provide services of the highest quality, all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkcraft Ltd disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your use or inability to use our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary rights in materials made available through CineEstate, are owned by or licensed to Arkcraft Ltd; no license or right is granted to you except as expressly provided in these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site or services without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities that occur under your account.
